UK Public Revenue 2015 Update

On March 18, 2015 The Office of Budget Responsibility published its forecast for UK government revenue. On April 24 the Office for National Statistics (ONS) published its annual Public Sector Finances report. On April 28, 2015 we updated ukpublicrevenue.co.uk with the new public finance data.

Revenue forecast data comes from the Office of Budget Responsibility's March 2015 Economic and fiscal outlook report, using table "2.8 Current receipts" in a spreadsheet file labeled "Economic and fiscal outlook supplementary fiscal tables". Forecast revenue data extends from 2014-15 to 2016-17.

Revenue outturn data comes from the Office for National Statistics' March 2015 Public Sector Finances report using a spreadsheet file labeled "Public Sector Finances Supplementary Tables". Outturn revenue data now extends from 1692 to 2013-14.

Central government revenue numbers going back to 1965 have been slightly revised because the ONS data series, code NRLN titled "Gross Operating Surplus," has been revised by ONS in its latest data release.

  1. Keswick is a popular place to stay in England’s beautiful Lake District in Cumbria. This quaint market town has a genuine air of romance about it; not least of all due to the stunning fells which are visible from every direction.
